Librarian by profession, it is the books, as much as the meetings, that have accompanied and guided me throughout my research.

For centuries, in the West, there has been no culture without reference to books. Its destiny is linked to ours since the appearance of writing and the dissemination of knowledge.

This is why I want to make a contribution in this essential area, which is threatened today. My articles and my thoughts are always based on books and constantly refer to the authors and their works. My research is constantly nourished by it, and I cannot conceive of existence without the essential presence of the book.

Scholarship is not the prerogative of a privileged class, but it is an imperative, both ethical and existential, to which all those who have direct access to the sources of knowledge must subscribe.

I hope that this site can encourage scholarly exchanges and passionate debates around the chosen themes, and I invite the visitor to immerse themselves in this universe of true culture that only human beings can freely create and deploy.

NB: You can find some of my articles on the following sites: that of the bsa of the University of Lille 3. The Tolkiendil site dedicated to Tolkien's work. And the Theravadapublications site dedicated to ancient Buddhism.
